Highway 63 south of West Plains was the scene of another fatality accident last night. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the Highway was shut down from just south of Highway PP to the Legit Speedway after a Semi and Dump Truck crashed. 55-year-old Roy Martin of Salem Arkansas was killed when he crossed into the path of a semi driven by 35-year-old Justin McClain of Malden Missouri. McClain suffered serious injuries and was flown from the scene to Cox South in Springfield. the accident happened around 4:30 Wednesday afternoon, about 4 miles south of West Plains on Highway 63. The Highway was shut down in the area until around midnight.
