34-year-old Brian Moser of Batesville was killed and 20-year-old Samual Crawford of Batesville was injured when a fuel truck driven by Crawford stopped at a railroad crossing and was hit from behind by a Semi. Moser was a passenger in the fuel truck. The accident happened on Highway 167 at Valley Lane.
