
The Highway Patrol arrested 41-year-old Matthew Perez on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, meth, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest by fleeing, creating a substantial risk of injury to another person, felony driving while revoked, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor failure to yield to an emergency vehicle sounding siren and displaying red/blue lights, careless and imprudent driving, speeding and no seat belt. He was taken to the Wright County jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
