A man from Peel Arkansas in Marion County, who was arrested earlier this year on rape charges, now faces child pornography charges. 60-year-old Wesley Allen Kelly was arrested earlier on three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault and now after a search warrant was served he is charged with five felony counts of distributing, possessing, or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. He has been released from custody on $25,000 bond.
