20-year-old Silmer Flores-Galves was reportedly in the country illegally and is accused of hiding a young teen girl in his home, drugging her, and raping her while she was unconscious.
Flores-Galves is being held on a $100,000 surety-only bond and is not to leave Howell County as a condition of his bond. Authorities say officials with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement were notified of his detainment.
