23-year-old Wesley Hanger a convicted felon with a history of charges allegedly in May tried to run over a woman at Wal-Mart. He also faces charges from a domestic incident on May 7. He is facing charges of first-degree domestic assault; armed criminal action; leaving the scene of an accident, second offense; and third-degree domestic assault. Hanger is free on a $25,000 bond and will appear Monday before 37th District Associate Circuit Court Judge R. David Ray.
