Friday afternoon around 1:40, 27-year-old Arthur Castle of West Plains suffered moderate injuries and 19-year-old Shayla Castle of Willow Springs suffered minor injuries when Arthur Castle drove off the road and overturned the UTV he was driving. Arthur Castle was charged with misdemeanor DWI and operating a motor vehicle without a license. That accident happened on County Road 5710, west of Willow Springs.
Then around 2:30 Friday, 31-year-old Kacey Hollis of Alton suffered moderate injuries and 67-year-old Nancy Taylor of Alton suffered minor injuries when Taylor failed to yield and pulled into the path of the vehicle that Hollis was driving. That accident happened on Highway 160 west of Alton.
Around 3:15 Friday afternoon, two West Plains residents suffered minor injuries when a vehicle driven by 23-year-old Hailey Meeks stopped in the road to make a turn and was hit by a vehicle driven by 47-year-old Tracy Evans. Meeks and a passenger in her vehicle, 52-year-old Christy Meeks were both injured. The accident happened on Highway 160, three miles west of West Plains.
Saturday afternoon, a Van Buren teen was injured in an accident on Skyline Drive south of Van Buren. The 16-year-old girl suffered minor injuries when a 17-year-old boy drove through a corner and overcorrected, traveling off the road and overturning.
A woman from Manchester Missouri, suffered serious injuries in a UTV accident in Ozark County Saturday night. 67-year-old Nancy Rauch was injured when 50-year-old Matthew Rauch hit a ditch and overturned. Nancy Rauch was flown to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. the accident happened at Country Club Drive in Theodosia.
Sunday night a West Plains teen was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident north of Rover. 19-year-old Dustin Boatright was injured when his motorcycle hit a deer in the roadway, ejecting him from the bike. Boatright was flown to Cox South in Springfield. The accident happened on Highway 160, three miles north of Rover.
