21-year-old Taylor Hamby is charged with felony DWI causing the death of another and two felony counts of DWI, causing physical injury. The Highway Patrol says Hamby was driving a vehicle that ran off the road and overturned. Two of the passengers in the vehicle were ejected from the vehicle and one, 28-year-old Brian Powell was killed. Charges were filed on May 29th, Hamby suffered moderate injuries in the crash and two other passengers, 18-year-old Calvin Brashers and 18-year-old Dakota Weet were both injured.
