The Arkansas State Police report that 60-year-old Robert Freeman was killed, and 38-year-old Terran Wheelis of Hoxie and 42-year-old Jaime Andrade-Ramirez of Tijuana were both injured when the Toyota Yaris driven by Freeman crossed the centerline and hit an SUV driven by Wheelis, the SUV then crossed the Centerline and hit a Semi. The injured were taken to Regional One and St Bernards Hospitals. The accident happened Thursday morning on Highway 67 near Fulbright Avenue.
