The Douglas County Sheriff’s Department reports the arrest of three people after a traffic stop.

53-year-old Timothy Long and 39 Year old Micah Pierce both of Crocker and 67-year-old Stephen Hooker of Richland were all arrested. Long possessed a revoked Missouri driving status and Hooker was currently on probation for a controlled substance both male occupants were asked to exit the vehicle and were asked if there were any narcotics in the vehicle and Long stated “No”.  Pierce, was asked if any illegal items could be found within the vehicle and she stated that she did have methamphetamine paraphernalia on her person. Deputies also located a backpack that was placed behind the driver’s seat which also contained a crystalline substance and drug paraphernalia. All three individuals were placed under arrest and booked.

Timothy Long was booked and placed on a 24-hour hold. A warrant was later issued for possession of a controlled substance- methamphetamine, operation a motor vehicle without a valid license, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while intoxicated. Long’s bond was set at $5000 cash only.

Stephen Hooker was booked and placed on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges. A warrant was later issued for possession of a controlled substance. Hooker’s bond was set at $5000 cash only.

Micah Pierce was booked and placed on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance. Pierce’s bond was set at $5000 cash only.
