56-year-old Charles Blosi was arrested at a residence on Byron Road. Blosi drove into a woman’s backyard and said he was looking for a friend. Deputies arrived and noticed that Blosi had slurred speech. Blosi told deputies that he got into it with a man on Greasy Creek Road After interviewing several people they found the owner of the UTV who told deputies that he had video of the UTV leaving his property without permission. On Sunday in an interview, Blosi told authorities that someone was chasing him and said he took the UTV to try to get away. Blosi allegedly tested positive for meth when he was booked. Blosi is charged with felony theft of property, misdemeanor criminal trespass with possession of a prohibited device, and misdemeanor public intoxication. His bond was set at $15,000
