44-year-old Kenneth Ray Ward was arrested early this morning in Baxter County on charges of three counts of aggravated assault on a family or household member, three counts of false imprisonment, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, possession of a controlled substance schedule 1 or 2 meth or cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and domestic battery. He is being held on $25,000 bond.
