FNBC recently awarded its Boyd & Maxine Carpenter Scholarship to Highland High School graduate Annabelle Burton. Burton earned a 4.00 GPA and is enrolled at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, where she plans to major in aeronautical science.
