47-year-old Cathy McKinney of Eagle Butte South Dakota, suffered moderate injuries when 26-year-old Kendall Otto of Jefferson City came to the end of a passing zone while making a pass, lost control, and skidded into the path of the vehicle McKinney was driving. The accident happened three miles south of West Plains on Highway 63.
