The Arkansas State Police have now released details of a fatal accident that happened on June 27th in Baxter County. The ASP reports that 31-year-old Darren Martin of Gamaliel was killed when he ran off the road into Pigeon Creek. They say that Martin’s car hit the water and rotated 180 degrees.
