54-year-old Angela Quinlan is charged with stealing $25,000 or more, one count of felony forgery, and one count of receiving stolen property. Quinlan allegedly took over $100,000 from the Chamber for her personal use. Police say that between 2018 and 2022 she used the chamber’s money. The investigation is still ongoing and police say they expect the amount of money taken to increase.
