A man charged with Murder in Mountain Home was in court on Monday. 44-year-old Dusty Shane Wheeler allegedly shot 36-year-old Heather Bradford in the head on June 14th. Wheeler’s attorney requested his bond be reduced from $1 million. The Judge reduced the bond to $500,000 with the condition that he is under house arrest and must wear an ankle monitor.
