50-year-old James Ellington allegedly hit the rear end of a truck as it drove through Pyatt.  Ellington allegedly became upset that a man had dropped a woman off at his house who was the mother of his child.  Ellington is facing a felony charge of aggravated assault along with misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief, leaving the scene of an accident, disorderly conduct, reckless driving, and failure to report an accident. He also faces a penalty enhancement for being a habitual offender as he has four prior felony convictions.
