70-year-old David Mahan suffered serious injuries when a truck driven by 47-year-old Justin Dendinger crossed the center of the roadway and hit the truck that Mahan was driving. Mahan was flown to Cox South in Springfield. the accident happened on Highway 160, four miles west of Theodosia.
