The Highway Patrol reports that 42-year-old Carrmone Bears was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance, (Diazepam), first-degree trespassing on a gambling boat in Platte County, driving while suspended, no insurance, displaying the plates of another and failure to properly affix license plate. She was taken to the Wright County Jail.
