Two people from St. Robert Mo. Were injured and a Texas County man was charged after an accident Saturday north of Houston. The Highway Patrol reports that 35-year-old Amanda Sandusky-Esparza suffered serious injuries and a juvenile suffered minor injuries when a pickup driven by 58-year-old Donald Kinder of Bucyrus crossed the centerline and hit the car that Esparza was driving head-on. Esparza was flown to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. the accident happened on Missouri 17, seven miles north of Houston. Kinder was charged with felony DWI with serious physical injury.
