Two Doniphan residents were injured in an accident east of Doniphan, on Monday afternoon. The Highway Patrol says that 42-year-old Kristie Donaldson and 19-year-old Kristian Donaldson both suffered moderate injuries when Kristie Donaldson attempted to avoid a stopped SUV and hit the side of the SUV. Both Kristie and Kristian Donaldson were taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Hospital. The accident happened on U.S. 160, one mile east of Doniphan.
A Texas County woman was injured in an accident Monday afternoon north of Roby. The highway Patrol reports that 42-year-old Tracy Roach of Plato suffered moderate injuries when she drove off the road and struck an embankment. She was taken to Phelps Health Center. The accident happened on Highway 17, six miles north of Roby.
A man from Ellington was injured in a 4-wheeler accident Monday night. 44-year-old Timothy Yaeger suffered moderate injuries when he failed to negotiate a curve, drove off the road, hit a tree, and overturned the 4-wheeler. Yaeger was flown to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis. The accident happened on County Road 330, south of Centerville.
