The Baxter County Sheriff’s office reports the arrest of two people late last night on several charges. 20-year-old Emily Bethann Rulo from Jonesboro was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance schedule 6, purchase or possession of alcohol by a minor, obstructing governmental operations, and violation of a no-contact order. She is being held in Baxter County with a bond set at $1,685.
21-year-old Caedon Teague of Pineville, was arrested on charges of probation violation, violation of a no-contact order, obstructing governmental operations, knowing giving alcohol to a minor, and driving without lights. He is being held in Baxter County with a bond set at $1,500.
