The Highway Patrol arrested 44-year-old Jennifer Lampe on charges of felony possession of meth, misdemeanor driving while intoxicated drugs, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding. She was taken to the Wright County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
