34-year-old Seth Andrew Withrow was in Baxter County Court last week and entered a guilty plea to stealing two motorcycles, a generator, a garden cart, and other miscellaneous items from a man who died two years ago. Withrow was also charged with a drug offense when he was arrested. Withrow is expected to be sentenced later this month.
