David and Dawn Campbell put a sign up on their property that displayed messages it that some deemed as defamatory messages. Iron Rock Law Firm has filed the injunctions on behalf of the City of Mammoth Spring, Police Chief Jamie Turnbough, and Melissa Rogers, who is the deputy recorder/treasurer and assistant to the mayor. According to records, the sign accused Turnbough of being a pimp and an adulterer. It caused substantial disruption to the lives of Rogers and her family, including her 18-year-old son who also works for the City. No court date has yet been set.
