40-year-old Curtis Havens is charged with six counts of second-degree child molestation and aggravated sexual assault and two counts of attempted second-degree child molestation and aggravated sexual assault. According to the probable cause affidavit, Curtis Havens had repeatedly sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl while she was at his residence on April 25, 2024. Havens is being held at the Howell County Jail with a bond totaling $50,000.
