The 8th annual live Local First Golf Tournament will be at North Terra Golf Course in West Plains this Friday. There will be morning and afternoon sessions, prizes at every hole, and a hole-in-one prize; a sign-up sheet is now posted at the North Terra Golf Course, with proceeds going to the West Plains Elks Lodge Veterans Programs.
