39-year-old Nicholas Thomas Koskinen was arrested in Baxter County around 1 pm Thursday, he is charged with trafficking a controlled substance, five counts of possession of a controlled substance with the purpose of delivery, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, driving while license suspended or revoked, parole violation and he is charged as a habitual offender. He was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center and his bond was set at $25,000
