The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 42-year-old Richard Porter and 43-year-old Crystal Wilder on charges of felony possession of meth, and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Porter is also charged with misdemeanor traffic violations. Both were taken to the Douglas County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
