39-year-old Curtis Wayne Havens who is a registered sex offender is charged with six counts of second-degree child molestation, aggravated sexual offense, a child less than 17 years old, and two counts of attempted second-degree child molestation, aggravated sexual offense, a child less than 17 years old. He was arrested in July and then released on a $50,000 bond.
