Yellville man arrested for terroristic threatening

A man from Yellville was arrested after allegedly having his 9-year-old son call police so he could shoot them. 33-year-old Robert John Aquado II was arrested after the boy’s grandmother called the police saying they were hiding in the woods because Aquado was threatening to shoot the police over an incident that happened on Friday with deputies.  Aguado is charged with first-degree terroristic threatening. He is being held in Marion County on $25,000 bond.
