Black Rock Police and the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in Black Rock, but before they arrived one of the suspects involved in the altercation left the scene. Black Rock Police later stopped him on Highway 63. The man in the vehicle was identified as Dustin Robert Haynes of Black Rock. Haynes had outstanding warrants in Lawrence County. Haynes was arrested and taken to the Lawrence County Detention Center.
