46-year-old Cory Stone was in a vehicle that was stopped on August 15th for not having a functioning brake light. K9 Csomo alerted the deputy to the presence of drugs and during a search of the vehicle the deputy located a plastic baggie with a white crystal substance that appeared to be methamphetamine along with a plastic container with a green leafy substance inside that appeared to be marijuana. Stone was charged in the Izard County Circuit Court with possession of a controlled substance (schedule II), possession of a controlled substance (schedule VI), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
