61-year-old Timothy Brill was arrested for attempting to meet underage girls on the internet. Brill had sent pictures of his private areas to girls he believed to be as young as 11 years of age. Evidence was found that Brill had arranged to meet a female he believed to be 11 years of age in Stafford. Deputies served a search warrant on Brill’s residence in Eastern Douglas County where 13 additional items of evidence were seized including several firearms. Brill is a convicted felon and prohibited from possessing firearms. Brill was arrested and a warrant was obtained for Attempted Statutory Rape, Enticement or attempted enticement of a child, possession of child pornography, tampering with physical evidence, furnishing pornographic material, or attempt to furnish to a minor. Brill is being held without bond.
