A man from Flippin Arkansas was arrested on theft charges in Marion County. The Sheriff’s Office reports that 46-year-old David Dougan was arrested on one count of felony theft of property after he allegedly submitted a check for payment on accounts established with a business for construction-related materials. The total value of the material was more than $9,000.00. The check was subsequently returned with the account not being located. Dougan is currently being held in the Marion County Detention Center where his bond was set at $25,000.
