On Saturday and Sunday, the 60th annual Charlie Rice Memorial Classic Golf Tournament will be held at the Cherokee Village South Golf Course. The tournament is a two-person scramble and proceeds go to promote sight care in the area, eye tests for youngsters, and glasses for anyone who cannot afford them.
