A Boone County husband and dog are violently attacked by his wife in rural Harrison Arkansas.
42-year-old Cheryl Lynn Green of Harrison is facing two felony charges; according to the Boone County Sheriff’s Department- Mr. Green, arrived at the sheriff’s office with injuries to his face, arms, and legs, and blood on his shirt. He says Green attacked him, punching him several times in the face, cut his right arm with a fork, hit him with a board, then turned her attention to the dog who she also hit with the board until it couldn’t walk.
A deputy went to the Green’s home, where Cheryl claimed that her husband was the one who beat her up, but she had no signs of physical abuse and had no explanation about the dog.
Meanwhile, the husband is on parole and cannot be around illegal activity; which is why he believes his wife attacked him, for flushing her illegal narcotics down the toilet.
Green is charged with felony countys of second-degree battery and aggravated cruelty to a dog, cat, or equine. She is currently out on a $15,000 bond.
