24-year-old Zerahiah Harris of Oakland is charged with manslaughter and endangering the welfare of a minor in the October 2023 shooting death of 27-year-old Haisley Mack of Oakland. Harris was booked in the Marion County Jail on Friday. He posted a $25,000 bond and was released.
