A former teacher in Marion County has been accused of inappropriately touching a minor and sending a nude photo of himself to another minor. 34-year-old Adam Willis of Flippin, who is a former teacher at Cotter School, was arrested on Friday and is charged with felony second-degree sexual assault and misdemeanor indecent exposure. Willis allegedly sent the photo to a 14-year-old girl and is accused of touching a child from age 4 to age 6 inappropriately. Willis has been released on $25,000 bond.
