30-year-old Elizabeth Mavis Dawn Chandler was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance schedule 6, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, two counts of obstructing governmental operations, and drinking in public. She was taken to Baxter County Jail and then released on a $2,285 bond.
