The results of the autopsy by the Arkansas State Medical Examiner’s Office on 50-year-old RICKEY JOE MILLSAP of Mountain Home, whose body was found in Moccasin Creek at the Baxter County/Izard County line on August 15th, indicates that foul play was involved in his death. The investigation into his death is thus proceeding as a homicide investigation.
The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office and other area law enforcement agencies have been actively investigating the death since the body was discovered. Investigators have been procuring search warrants and collecting forensic evidence.
