32-year-old Chelsey Wright was arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of hallucinogens, speeding, cutting in on an overtaken vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to the West Plains Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
