According to authorities, 60-year-old Steven Alan Gill of Luber was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. A 13-year-old boy was shot in the neck with a 22-caliber rifle. The Boy was flown from the scene to Arkansas Children’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. He was treated at the Hospital and has since been released.
