The Highway Patrol reports that 47-year-old Matthew Bowers of Norwood and 38-year-old Stephanie Fuller of Springfield both suffered moderate injuries when Bowers crossed the center of the roadway, then traveled off the road and hit a fence, overturning the ATV. Both were taken to Springfield Hospitals. Bowers was also charged with felony DWI resulting in physical injury. Failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in a crash, and operating an ATV without a mounted triangular Emblem. The accident happened on Sparks Road in Norwood.
