ST. LOUIS….Missouri State quarterback Jacob Clark (Sr., Rockwall, Texas) has been named Missouri Valley Football Conference Co-Offensive Player of the Week for his efforts in the Bears’ victory over visiting Lindenwood on Saturday.
Clark broke the club single-game record for pass completion percentage (.848), going 28-for-33 in MSU’s home opener. He accounted for 302 passing yards, 309 yards of total offense, and passed for two scores. Clark engineered scoring drives on Missouri State’s first three possessions this week to mount his third career 300-yard passing effort.
