Mayor Mike Topliff recently signed a proclamation in honor of Constitution Day, commemorating the adoption of the U.S. Constitution on September 17, 1787. The Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) and Sons of the American Revolution (SAR) joined the Mayor to celebrate this important day in our nation’s history.
