A Gassville man was arrested in Baxter County on Wednesday. 35-year-old Daniel Chentnik was arrested on charges of Felony possession of fentanyl with the purpose of delivery, felony possession of a controlled substance schedule 4 or 5, Possession with the purpose to deliver meth or cocaine, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, and felony possession with the purpose to deliver a schedule 6 controlled substance. He was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center and his bond was set at $50,000
A Mountain Home woman was arrested Thursday on drug charges. 25-year-old Embry Melissa Parks was arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, schedule 1 or 2 meth or cocaine. And felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $15,000
The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Mountain Home man. 41-year-old James Patrick Lally was arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, fleeing on foot, resisting arrest, non-payment of fines, and parole violation. He was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center and his bond was set at $5,615
