On September 13, 2024, Deputy Kyle Hambelton OSN 269 received a call for service of stealing on County Road 5800 in Willow Springs. After further investigation, Deputy Hambelton discovered several pieces of Lumber, along with additional items had been stolen.
On September 13, 2024, Deputy Hambelton obtained a search warrant for a camper on a neighboring property, and a majority of the stolen Lumber was recovered.
On September 19, 2024, Howell County Deputies executed a secondary search warrant on the same property to search for additional stolen items. During the search warrant substances suspected to be methamphetamine were seized and three arrests were made.
Gabriel Carter was placed under arrest and transported to the Howell County Adult Detention Center and was formally charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Gretchen Twisselman was placed under arrest and transported to the Howell County Adult Detention Center on outstanding warrants and was also charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Raymond Johnson was placed under arrest and transported to the Howell County Adult Detention Center for a probation violation.
