40-year-old Arthur Cocherell was arrested on Monday after a lengthy investigation by the Pocahontas Police Department, Arkansas State Police, and Jonesboro PD Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. His bond was set at $25,000. He posted bond and will be in court at a later date.
